Social Leadership E-Course

I'm excited to share the Social Leader Essentials E-course as part of your prep work for our March session. Below are the instructions to login.

The Social Leader Essentials E-Course provides transformational and experiential leadership training—addressing issues affecting all of us including: integrating social priorities into your leadership, managing bias in yourself and your teams, and becoming trauma-informed as a leader. In the course you will learn how social leaders (and companies comprised of them) are striving to move beyond charity to integrate and operationalize social priorities within their leadership and company. Social leaders are helping their companies grow their ROI and their SROI (social return on investment) at the same time. Plus, 100% of the proceeds from this course supports Reconciliation Services and their social and mental health services in KC (www.RS3101.org).

The 2.5-hour digital course has a full color workbook and is comprised of three engaging modules facilitated by Fr. Justin Mathews (CEO of Reconciliation Services & Thelma's Kitchen) that teaches you:

1. How to lead with greater social impact in your daily life and work

2. How to root out bias in yourself and your teams

3. How to become a trauma-informed and strengths-based leader

Once you log into the course, please also note the digital workbook that can be downloaded for taking notes and has additional follow-up questions for your personal reflection (A PDF of the workbook is provided here).
